The tanning accelerator patch is an new product to enhance the production of endogenous melanin, thus protecting the skin against solar radiation and accelerating tanning.
The main objectives achieved by the tanning accelerator patch are:
1. Strengthening the skin’s natural defences against the sun, by enhancing the skin’s
predisposition to protect against solar radiation.
2. Mitigating the effects of ageing (specifically, photo-ageing).
3. Accelerating and prolonging tanning and enhancing its colour profile (balance between red
and yellow).
The tanning accelerator patch is effective for both natural exposure to the sun as well as to UVA.
